We work to describe our products accurately. Product photographs are illustrative, and colours may vary between screens. We do not warrant that descriptions, pricing or other content is entirely free of error.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent — where a product is unavailable, where a price or description was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. The confirmation email you receive on checkout acknowledges your order; it does not by itself form a contract.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Personalized items

Products personalised to your specification are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrectly produced by us. Please check spelling and options carefully before ordering.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not unlawful or misleading.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
