Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you are not, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned

To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order number or confirmation email.

What cannot be returned

Personalized and made-to-order items (for example our custom name stamps), except where the item is faulty or we made an error.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We will reply within 24 business hours with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions may not be traceable to your order.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning simply because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we issue your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email us a photo through the Contact page. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and in most cases we will not ask you to ship the item back.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a distance purchase.
